Friday 8 March 2024 is International Women’s Day (IWD). This year’s central theme is #InspireInclusion.
Our International Women’s Day Report explores the topic of inclusion and spotlights BDO women from around the globe; who share their experiences and discuss what inclusion means to them.
At BDO, we all share a same common purpose, our WHY: ‘People helping people’. Our motivation is to help others get to where they want to be - whether they be our colleagues, our clients or members of the communities that we are part of. This is an integral part of our BDO culture. We hope that this report demonstrates the importance of inclusion and inspires everyone in our organisation to continually strive towards a future where everyone feels valued and respected.
